According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 30, 2021 No. PD-6273. 99.68% of shares of "Uzbekiston Temir Yullari" JSC in "Kokand Biokimyo" JSC were transferred to the State Assets Management Agency.
The international consulting company "Deloitte" was selected by the investment company "UzAssets" under the State Assets Management Agency as a privatization consultant to organize sales of shares of JSC "Kokand biokimyo".
Production of technical and food (ethyl) alcohol is the main activity of the company.
The general meeting of the company is held in the conference hall of JSC "Kokand biokimyo" in Mukimiy city, Kokand, Fergana region, in accordance with the decision of the supervisory board meeting on Nobvember 8, 2021.
