The general meeting of shareholders of “Guliston Ekstrakt-Yog'” will be held on December 10 this year with the following agenda:
- Approval of the number and composition of the counting commission;
- Approval of the shareholders' general meeting Regulation;
- Approval of company's head of executive body report on the socio-economic activities of the company and the implementation of the business plan indicators for 2020;
- Approval of the supervisory board report of JSC "Guliston Ekstrakt-Yog" at the end of 2020;
- Approval of external audit summary of the company according to NAS (National accounting standards) for 2020;
- Approval of the company's external audit report in accordance with International standards on auditing and financial reporting, transformed into IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards);
- Approval of the Audit Commission's report of the company for 2020.
- Election of the company's supervisory board members;
- Election of the company's audit commission's members;
- Approval of the company's business plan for 2021.
