The first stage of the sales process for state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises branches put up for public auction has been completed, and a corresponding decision has been made by the State Commission for Privatisation of State Assets and Coordination of Privatisation Processes. According to the decision:

I. The list of applicants who have passed the second stage of sales has been approved. From the applicants, who have passed to the second stage of sales process, till June 16, 2023, 18:00 (Tashkent time) will be accepted commercial proposals (on purchase price, term of payment and ability to pay) through the electronic trading platform "E-auksion";

II. The deadline for accepting proposals from applicants at the first stage of sales for assets that did not provide a competitive environment during the sales process has been extended by 15 days.

The Working Body sent an individual notification to each applicant who submitted an offer at the first stage of the sales process for state assets.

In turn, state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises branches, for which an insufficient number of offers were received at the first stage of sales and were not received at all, are put up for repeated public sales through the electronic trading platform "E-auksion".
